Frequently asked questions

What do I receive?

A ZIP containing SVG artwork, design tokens JSON, a README, licence and AI design prompts. The icons pack also includes 24 individual Tabler SVG icons and their MIT licence. The exact number of artboards is stated on each product page.

Are the previews real?

Yes. The 2880 × 2160 PNG previews are exported from the delivered SVG files. Interface data is fictional. These are design starters, not functioning software.

Can I edit in Figma?

You can import the SVG artwork. No native .fig file, auto layout, component variants, variables or interactive prototype is included. Font availability and SVG import behaviour depend on your editor.

Can I use the files commercially?

Yes, for personal, commercial and client end products within the purchased seats. Source template resale is restricted for original Emma layouts. Third-party MIT icons keep their separate permissions. Read Licensing.

How do I download?

Use the download links on your Sellfy order confirmation and purchase email, then unzip the package. If a link is missing, contact us with your order reference.

Which currency will I pay?

Choose GBP, USD or EUR on the shop homepage. Each choice opens a separate listing in that currency. These are fixed regional prices, not live conversion estimates. Check the final currency, taxes and total at checkout. Your payment provider may apply its own conversion fees.

How does membership work?

Pro covers one designer; Team covers five designers. Both include the seven current design packs in one ZIP. Billing repeats weekly until cancellation. Free is an icons sample, not a paid subscription. Enterprise is an enquiry option, with scope and price agreed separately.

Are updates or custom work included?

No fixed update schedule or custom design service is included. Contact support for download or compatibility questions; no guaranteed response time is advertised.

How do I cancel?

Use the subscription management link in your Sellfy purchase email. If you cannot locate it, contact us with your order reference.
