Design resource licence

Version 1.0 · Effective 10 October 2026. Applies to the original Emma SVG design packs. Third-party files keep their own licences.

Edit and build

You may modify colours, shapes, typography and layouts and use them in unlimited personal, commercial and client end products. An individual purchase or Pro membership covers one designer. Team membership covers five designers within one organisation.

Client handoff

You may deliver the completed end product to a client. Editable source handoff is permitted only to maintain that end product, not to supply a reusable template library.

Sharing and resale

Do not redistribute, resell or sublicense original or modified Emma templates as asset packs, downloadable templates, marketplace products or competing libraries. Do not share download credentials publicly. Additional designers require additional seats.

Open-source files

Included Tabler icons remain under their original MIT licence. Preserve the supplied copyright and licence notice. MIT permissions take precedence for these icon files; our source-resale restrictions do not override MIT. Tabler icons are freely available from the official repository.

Membership and cancellation

Downloaded originals retain their project-use rights after cancellation. Membership includes only the library stated on the product page. No guaranteed future release schedule, custom design service or response-time commitment.

Compatibility

SVG design artwork is supplied, not a native Figma component library or working app. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Contact us for licence or download questions.
