Products: Both non-physical and physical items offered by the Merchant, including but not limited to, downloadable files, software, other electronic content, and tangible goods.

3. Ordering Process

Orders can be placed through our website, and both guest and registered users are welcome to complete purchases. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information, including payment and shipping details, and to promptly update any information if changes occur.

4. Pricing and Payment

Payments can be made using the methods displayed on the checkout page. Prices are subject to change without notice and you will be charged the price shown at checkout. Additional fees, such as taxes or shipping charges, may apply and will be indicated during the checkout process.

5. Ownership and Licensing of Products

Original Emma design resources may be modified and used in personal, commercial and client end products within the purchased designer seats. Individual packs and Pro cover one designer; Team covers five designers in one organisation. Client source handoff is permitted only for maintaining the completed end product. Resale or redistribution of original Emma templates as asset packs is prohibited. Third-party files retain their original licence: Tabler icons use MIT, which takes precedence for those files. 6. Customer Account and Security

While customers are welcome to complete purchases as guests, creating an account provides additional features and convenience, such as order history and faster checkout. Whether or not an account is created, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their purchase information.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

The Store and the Merchant are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use products. Products are provided “as is,” without warranties of compatibility with specific devices or software. In cases of physical product damage or discrepancies, please contact us promptly for resolution.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and products, is the intellectual property of the Merchant or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any content is prohibited.

11. Digital delivery and subscriptions

Downloads are supplied through Sellfy order confirmation and purchase email. Membership bills weekly until cancellation via the purchase-email management link. Downloaded originals retain project-use rights after cancellation. No promised update schedule or custom service. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.
